I have over 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, backed by my education in law and economics from Göttingen. My career has spanned various roles at a leading global insurance company, where I’ve worked in sales, operations, claims, and strategic projects, both in Germany and internationally.

Throughout my journey, I’ve gained expertise in building and leading teams, developing new business models, optimizing processes, and managing projects efficiently. I also spent several years as a director in international employee benefits at a top German insurance broker.

Now, I’m eager to apply my experience to help others succeed. At B&P, I provide business consulting, coaching for individuals and teams, executive search, and interim management services, all with a focus on achieving practical and effective results.
