I am a seasoned expert with over 30 years of experience in various management roles, primarily in medium-sized food companies. For the last 15 years, I have successfully served as CEO and COO. Previously, I built extensive experience across HR, Supply Chain & Operations, and Sales functions. 

Throughout my professional life, I have worked for companies undergoing significant changes. In these settings, I contributed to and led strategic alignments, M&A executions, post-merger integrations, and optimization of organizational structures and workflows.
