With over 20 years of international leadership, I offer deep expertise in Program and Supply Chain Management, focusing specifically on automotive seating/interiors and passive safety systems.

My career highlights include launching multiple production facilities across Europe, North America, and Asia, managing large-scale supply chain operations, and overseeing multimillion-euro program budgets. I’ve enabled organizations to scale from €450M to €1.5B by implementing robust Program Management standards, introducing KPI-driven processes, and reorganizing teams for enhanced efficiency and customer focus.

My work extends beyond Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV). I collaborate with clients to develop innovative partnership models, streamline operations, and align strategy with execution. By combining a global perspective with a hands-on, results-oriented approach I help businesses turn complexity from a competitive advantage into a collaborative advantage, unlocking long-term performance.

From initial concept to mass production, I have developed solutions for global markets, spanning consumer electronics to safety-critical automotive components. Throughout my career, I have honed a diverse set of functional skills, including global business development, innovation, partnership programs, mergers and acquisitions, product and project lifecycle management and technical marketing.

I specialize in assisting and coaching executives and organizations in transitioning from project-driven cultures to value-added product-driven mindsets. This includes navigating and supporting the cultural and process changes essential for sustained success.
